After a career in city planning, Yvonne spent 20 years teaching Yoga, studying the basics of Ayurveda (3 certificate levels), cooking for yoga training camps, doing ayurvedic treatments at health retreats under the supervision of Ayurvedic doctors, and guiding meditation at public venues.

Ayurveda is the Indian natural health care system of India (similarities to TCM in China, macrobiotics in Japan). Ayurveda is renowned as a “rejuvenative" and "first aid” approach to health, focussing on healthy diet and lifestyle practises that help one to stay balanced in relation to one's environment.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Angel is incredible, she’s so knowledgeable about every issue I come to her with and goes the extra mile to address everything she can each session. She always leaves me with tips and tricks and so much useful information in between treatments. Genuinely just the coolest and if you’re in any sort of pain that you can’t seem to make progress with I cannot recommend her enough!!
